Will it sound like a robot?
No, but it'll sound like an AI. We don't try to deceive callers. The voice is natural and conversational, but the AI introduces itself appropriately when asked. Most callers don't ask — they just want to book.
What if it gets the caller wrong?
It hands off. We tune the AI to detect uncertainty, crisis language, complex insurance, or anything outside its script — and either patch through to your live team or schedule a callback within 2 hours. Better to escalate than to mishandle.
Can I customize what it says?
Yes. The intake script is yours — we work with you on day 1 to build it. Specialty routing, qualification questions, what to say to insurance-only callers, after-hours messaging — all configurable.
What about HIPAA?
Every subprocessor that touches PHI has a BAA in place. Voice outputs aren't retained for training. Call recordings sit in encrypted storage with 30-day rolling retention. Full posture at /compliance.
